"The Wand"? Is that anything like The Nozzle? "Please do not look away from [pause] The Nozzle!"

I went into E3 thinking it was going to be Microsoft/Nintendo...distant 3rd Sony. I gotta say they proved me wrong and for the first time I can think of PSP has more to look forward to then DS does.

I actually liked the dual wand control and think it could make for some really cool games. I just hope companies dont give up on classic controllers and keyboard/mouse.

Well they certainly showed a hell of a lot of games, which is where it counts since what we all play is a games consoles. I am not really interested in the handheld stuff they showed and MS had a better showing of features coming to their console(last.fm/SkyTV) to me. As for the motion controller tech, in which the two companies have gone totally different directions. Sony for the more refined Wii like experience and MS for the no controller version, it will be interesting to see what these products bring to their console and if they will be successful at all. It looks like an interesting year but who's gonna win it is anybodies guess.

It did bring a smile to my face when I saw Ghostbusters in the PS3 montage trailer.
