IGN (http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/679/679494p1.html) is reporting that Nine Dragons will be making it's way to the XBox 360 in Japanese and Korean territories.
Nine Dragons has a distinctly Japanese look to it, as it populates giant vistas with non-traditionally dressed warriors wielding traditional weaponry. Visually, the game so far shows itself with basic geometry, ordinary textures, and some basic looking combat, something most MMORPG fans are accustomed to. Little else was revealed.

Wow..good news for those markets....but the game looks like crap so early on. they shouldn't have released screens so soon.

Based on their history of Japanese oriented Online Xbox RPGs (True Fantasy Live Online...) This product has virtually no chance of making it to market. I'm not holding my breath for this one.

japanese? it's just another korean mmorpg.
looking at the screenshots it seems to be a pc game, since that UI probably wouldn't work on a console.

yeah I doubt it will ever come out here. I hope it would in pc or 360 I like mmorpg's but I get bored with them after 3 months or so. So the more for me to try (for awhile atleast) the better.

What TFLO supposed to be Japanese-oriented? It had a pretty big fan following in the states; I thought it was actually aimed at that.

You know, a lot of people think that here in the US and in Europe the MMO market is too bloated... But they have no idea how bad it is in Korea and other Asian countries. I see Korean MMO's all the damn time, almost indistringuishable from eachother, and with extremly generic cut/paste game mechanics. I have to wonder if those companies are actually turning a profit...

I'd second that, but I imagine having a bunch of punk kids from Live running around would be detrimental.
