Well it finally is the second week into May and the birds are Chirpin' and the Bees are Buzzin'. There has been a few gems for handhelds and platforms release recently in particular some Guilty Gear for Handhelds which is always Delish!. I managed to pull some Quake Live out of a hat and as well of course some flaming Uppercuts Via SF4 (Go Ken Go!) so please indulge us of your gaming tales from this wonderful weekend.

A tiny bit of My Sims PC. I got it from a friend and wanted to try it out. It was so remedial that I saved it when the save option became available and turned it off. I plan to give it a bit more later on, but so far I'm extremely unimpressed (though not really surprised).

I'm sorry to hear that. My grandfather passed in March and I know how tough that is.

WoW, Fable 2 and Wanted mainly. I also got around to finishing Wolverine, and put a little time into Rock Band 2. All in all, pretty good.

Just Dragon Quest VIII.
New PC parts arrive today. If I can get it running, I'll be enjoying some PC gaming soon...

Tried out Wolverine. The game really tried to make me hate it with it's lazy, lazy PS1 visuals and clunky animation. But sadly, the combat is deep and visceral, and I actually had some fun.

Just a little Resident Evil 5 on 360 (finished Chapter 5) and Wheelman on PS3 for me.

Played some Mirror's Edge, figured out who was the bad guy (so obvious) and am pretty close to the end. I can't wait to finish the story - Then I'll start rocking those time trials.
I also spent a little time with Rhythm Heaven.

Pretty much nothing. Spent most of my weekend training/lifting weights/looking at houses. :(

I played a handful of XBLM demos and about 30 minutes of Shadow of the Colossus. Good stuff.

I played through Resident Evil 5 and I can't decide how I felt about it. I wanted to like it, but the controls and boss battles were not winning me over. A fun ride, but just not sure how I feel overall.

Played some:
Infamous demo (loved it, can't wait for more!)
Wolverine game (brutally violent & terribly fun. I hope the sequel teaser pans out)
Penny Arcade game (as a fan of the strip and of rpg console games, I find this game very appealing so far)
So...I had me some fun! :)

Killzone 2, some SF4 which confirmed my suspicions that I am mostly over fighting games, and Noby Noby Boy.
