And my wallet lets out a huge sigh of relief!
I almost feel sorry for those involved in BloodRayne (with the exception of the good doctor). Then I think about how much more they are making than me and those feelings of sorrow disappear. And it's not like they were forced to get involved in the project in the first place!

I'm almost tempted to see BloodRayne to see how shitty it is.

I implore you, don't go! You'll just be encouraging Dr. Bollocks to make more movies... :(

True, and it does star Kristanna Loken... Damn you, now you've got me interested in spite of myself!
Just look at the intense acting going on in this scene! hehe.

Oh why, oh why Ben Kingsley? Did you need the cash? Did the girl turn you on? Or did Uwe turn you on?
A sad day indeed.
I hope this movie will be like flying to close to the sun for Uwe.
The movie-budget was quite high and his german-tax-scheme can't save his reputation if the movie tanks completely. But still - real actors actually wanted to work for him after "house of the dead" and "alone in the dark". They need new agents.
Ack. Gotta fight the urge to see it.

Why must they go and release unrated versions of everything? I very much enjoyed Dumb And Dumber as it was released. The less said about Dumb And Dumberer, the better.
I wonder what the differences between the theatrical version of Dumb & Dumber and the unrated are. If it's just an extended bathroom sequence, forget it.
And given that the Grandma's Boy movie is all about a video-game tester, it could be this generation's "The Wiz"!

I've seen a few BloodRayne trailers on tv, and I couldn't tell if it was a movie or UPN series. The trailer was HORRID. This could possibly be the worst movie of all time. There's a clip where Michael Madsen says something like "this could mean the end of the world as we know it" and it is so terribly uttered that my brain hurt at this film actually making it to theaters.
BloodRayne herself, the Terminatrix, is beautiful, but seeing the movie for a hot actress would be like eating a Turd Twinkie, chewing through feces and corn pieces, just to get to the cream dollop in the very center. And maybe that analogy is being a bit too generous.

The half-naked prostitutes in the scene with Leonid (Meat Loaf) are actually real Romanian prostitutes. According to director Uwe Boll (at the Stockholm International Filmfestival) it was cheaper to hire real prostitutes than actresses.
Classy!

Bloodrayne: bringing you the first porn stars you could actually go get jiggy with if you were so inclined.
Good grief.

So, Bloodrayne is already #60 on IMDB's bottom 100 list. Of course, that makes me think it's due to the anti-Boll crowd, and not anybody who's actually seen the movie yet.
Oh well, either way, I won't be seeing it. I am morbidly curious, though.

Is anyone disturbed by how many movies Michael Madsen (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000514/) is doing right now? It's like he's trying to break a record or something.

Uwe's BloodRayne- so bad if you grab a BitTorrent of it; you could tell the MPAA it was a honest mistake and no jury would convict you for DL'ing such a POS.

Have you ever seen a Uwe Boll movie? They are fucking hillarious. I have seen all his movies in the theatre, and will continue to do so. All the haters are just too uptight. Seriously, go with a couple of friends with a sense of humor, and you will laugh your ass off. I'll be there opening night.

I'm feeling another oscar for Ben Kingsley here. The transition from Gandhi to vampire king is just so natural. And Meatloaf=perfect vampire.(If he plays one, I'm not sure) Have you guys seen the video for "I'd Do Anything For Love"? Count me into the stoked for Bloodrayne camp.

If I want unintentional comedy I'll go to an un-salted high school parking lot the morning after a half inch of freezing rain. I'm not going to pay $7.50 for a ticket to see a shitty movie that will only reinforce the industry's idea that they can keep pushing shitty movies on us.
If it's on TV, that's another story entirely.

I am not saying everyone should go see it in the theatre, I am just saying that the whiners who scream "Don't support it! Blood Rayne is a work of art and should not be shat upon thusly," have absolutely no sense of humor. Who cares if the movies suck? Cut out the holy crusade, and have some fun with it. (This part is not referring to you, Nite_Moogle, just the adamant haters)
