Welcome new Registered Users! Since this came up in another thread (http://www.evilavatar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=83663), here is the lowdown on what the EvAv user colors mean:


Yellow = Registered EvAv Member
Orange = EvAv Subscriber
Pink = Cumulative Donation of $100 or more (or speical donation).
Lawn Green = Cumulative Donation of $100 or more (or special donation).
DarkOrchid = EvAv Staff: Article Writers & Contributors
CornFlowerBlue = Game Developers
Red = EvAv Staff: Admins and Moderators
Donations are used to purchase games for staff, cover business expenses, pay our server hosting costs and whatever else needs buying to keep EvAv up and runnning!

Donations (http://www.evilavatar.com/forums/payments.php) can be made via PayPal using the UserCP link at the top of the forums.

Right now PayPal is the only way to donate. What do you mean PayPal is not supported in your country? You can donate using Paypal with any credit card without creating a Paypal account.

It would be a one-time donation for six months. We don't do any recurring or monthly subscriptions.

The edit button is only removed from the news items category. That keeps a user from submitting a news item, then later changing it to something crude. It is a security feature.

The edit button still works on all the other forums. If I can think of a way to fix that when I'm messing around, I will pull it together.

It would have been a few months sooner except Paypal decided to flag my donation as "suspicious" because I did it from my job. Glad to donate again and will do it again even harder next year-round.
