Bethesda updated (http://bethblog.com/index.php/2009/03/31/concerning-the-pitt/) their Blog to let gamers with the Xbox 360 version of The Pitt DLC for Fallout 3 know they are working on a fix for the freezing issue.

Since The Pitt went back up on Xbox LIVE last Wednesday, we’ve received feedback that some folks were experiencing freezing issues while trying to access The Pitt. We’re working with Microsoft to get a version of The Pitt up that corrects the aforementioned freezing issue. Once the content is up and available, we’ll let you know.

We’d like to thank all our fans who generously and methodically reported what they were seeing on our official forums, via email and on this blog. This data was immensely helpful in tracking down these issues.

Thanks again to everyone for their support, patience and feedback.

And yet they do absolutely nothing about the VATS and Perk bugs that have been present in the PC version since the dlc enabling patch. lame.

Very. Can't even update the game without breaking it completly. But at least version 1.1 is good and stable.

I WANT to give them money for the expansions, I really do but, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to actually buy it for the PC other than going through some roundabout points scheme. If I could get it off steam, I'd probably pay for any crappy DLC they put out for FO3. As it is, my desire to play isn't as strong as my desire to avoid hassle.

The game as a whole is rather buggy, I have to install the game onto my xbox for it to be playable at all. I am not sure what the issue is, other games do not have that problem? Is it trying to access data faster then the CD can read it?

Great game, but the code needs to be optimized. And there is no excuse for delaying a game a whole month and it being this buggy.

So how much money do we get for being the play testers? You know, like the ones who were supposed to do this in the first place? Nothing? Nice.....

Glad I held off buying this second DLC. That level cap pissed me off. Maybe I'll check out the 3rd pack which lifts it to 30.
