Like these guys? Well you might be getting to see more of them in SEGA's new tie-in to the 2010 Winter Olympics. The game is being developed by the same team who were behind the 2008 Beijing Olympics tie-in. From Eurogamer. (http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/sega-announces-vancouver-2010)

As with Beijing 2008, Eurocom's at the controls and will be simulating various famous events like the ski-jumping.

SEGA has also said to expect online gameplay and a variety of control schemes. Events at the Winter Olympics in real life we'd like to see include bobsleigh, curling, figure skating, ice hockey, speed skating and necking on the ski lift.

As for those of you with a Wii, don't feel left out - SEGA has already announced Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games.

Funny enough, I just saw the mascots the other day at the market...Kids absolutely love them. My girlfriend, being a teacher, has told me all the kids in the class have the stuffed toys.

It was funny when they first came out with the design, everybody was upset because it didn't seem "Vancouver" enough...what they failed to understand is that they were created purely for being marketed to kids.

They have seemingly asian names, and vancouver is run by us asians so it is canadian, because canada is asian.

This game won't be half as good as Epyx Winter Games.
