Telltale games has started publishing a new Sam & Max comic, presumably to promote the new game their working on.

It was. Telltale games, a company made mainly of people fired from the LucasArts Sam and Max team, is now making a new game based on the licence.

I thought it was a pretty boring start, until i noticed that it's interactive.

speaking of Telltale games. Any one here play Bone? If so, was it $20 worth? The comic has potential. There just isn't enough there yet to know.

I would be giddy with joy if Telltale used classical animation instead of CG for the game, I think the chances are about nil though.

Damn. 2 of those episodes are ones I don't have, but you can't save them directly from that site.

You can download directly from youtube, but the quality is so low that it's its own deterrent. Anyway, if the URL for the view page looks like www.youtube.com/watch.php?v=IDCODE... then the URL for the video file looks like www.youtube.com/get_video.php?video_id=IDCODE

Then you just need a player that can do FLV. It's in FFmpeg, so a recent version of MPlayer will do.
