Gamecloud (http://www.gamecloud.com) has the details (http://www.gamecloud.com/article.php?article_id=2614).
UbiSoft has announced their financial results for the first half of their 2006 fiscal year (ending Sept 30) with net sales of 152.9 million euro[s] compared to 128.2 million euros for the same period a year ago. Solid sales for games like Rainbow Six: Lockdown, Far Cry Instincts and Brothers In Arms: Earned In Blood helped to bring sales up for the publisher. The company is also happy with inital sales of games for the second half of their fiscal year with Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones already selling over 1.5 million copies. The January-March 2006 quarter release list is also pack[ed] with a ton of games from UbiSoft, including Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter, Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Heroes of Might and Magic 5, Blazing Angels (which is now being shown as coming for the Xbox 360 as well as the Xbox) and one new title to be announced for the Xbox 360.

Given that Electronic Arts have just splashed the cash on acquiring Jamdat Mobile (http://www.evilavatar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7843), coupled with these strong results - is this enough to keep the Electronic Arts wolves away from UbiSoft's door?
