A couple of weeks ago it was reported (http://http://evilavatar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77453&highlight=Mile) that Sin City developer Red Mile Entertainment was close to going out of business.
While things haven't improved much for the beleaguered developer, it has managed to acquire the full rights to Heroes Over Europe, which it was going to co-publish with Atari.
Red Mile will pay Atari an undisclosed payment when the agreement is executed as well as two royalty payments based on Heroes’ sales. As part of the agreement, Red Mile and Atari agreed to a mutual release of claims such as Red Mile breached the co-publishing agreement.
