Codemasters has announced that the PC, PS2 and Xbox racer will feature 80 of the world's most famous racing circuits when it's released in February. The tracks are set in 43 locations in 13 countries. According to Codemasters every track is authentically recreated for the game using real-world GPS topographical data.

TOCA Race Driver 2 was nice, and I am sure this will be as well.. I could just never get into the career mode; I hated how they set that up.
Just as you would get used to a type of car, they would switch you into something entirely different. Like you could go from driving in a classics race filled with vintage cars, to racing Semis, then you would be doing a rally race. It threw me off and stopped me from completing the game. Maybe they've changed it now.
I picked it up as the bundle pack with Colin Mcrae '03? I think I played Colin Mcrae more in the end, but I will probably still pick this one up as I am a sucker for a decent racer.
Against the likes of PGR3, Forza, GT4, even Most Wanted, this falls in the "who cares" category.

Even if half the tracks are just the same track in reverse, or cut down, that is still a lot of tracks.

I'm not going to pretend to know the details (because I don't), but I find it odd that Toca 3 has all those advantages in your opinion, but the rest just have 'pretty graphics'.
No tracks, no online play (what do they look like? Xbox games? Crazy...), and no ranking system.

Well, shit I was hoping they'd have a track or two I've driven on.
