Atlus Online (http://evilavatar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76190) was recently announced, and now the first game coming out of that has been announced. Looks like Atlus will be debuting a Steampunk MMO called Neo Steam: The Shattered Continent. Edge (http://www.edge-online.com/news/atlus-online-debut-with-steampunk-mmo):

The game is developed by Korea's JoyImpact and licensed by HanbitSoft, and released in the country last year. Atlus Online said it will publish the game in North and South America and "anywhere else in the world."

Gameplay will incorporate customization, pets and steam-based mounts, among other aspects. The website for the title is http://neosteam.atlusonline.com.

This isn't the first time that Atlus has ventured into the steampunk genre. In 2006, the company published Irem's Steambot Chronicles (a.k.a. Bumpy Trot) in North America.

Hooray for free to play Korean MMOs!

Looks interesting... Free per month is nice.

I'm surprised that Atlus didn't get the rights to Shin Megami Tensei: Online if they knew they were going to start hosting MMOs.

Still, i might give this a shot.

This could be awesome, but the concept has a high probability of being trashed due to the fact that it is a Korean MMO. Mircotransactions and grinding to not make a good game.
