City of Heroes/Villains holiday gifts

It's cool that you don't have to worry about being bad anymore, you get Christmas presents anyway! That is if you play City of Villains and join the servers between December 8th and January 2nd. The first gift will be a jetpack. Oh, and those spandex-lovers over at City of Heroes will get the gift, too. i saw the collector's edition for COV the other day and i almost picked it up
should i go back and buy it ?

Yes, it's one of the best Collector's Eds I've ever bought.

Oh... the CoV/H games need more power equipment like that. As I always liked having a Punisher style blaster, but The Gun is so boring looking, it looks like a super-soaker painted turd. I also wanted a lightsaber for Katana, and diffrent looking weapons for the scrapper classes, even if they still worked exactly the same.

And more animations for attacks, alternate animations would be fun.

I may get back into CoH and possibly pick up CoV, depends on if I can find a group to roll with.

All that stuff is coming down the line (except lightsabers, you won't see them), as bases were once in the far off future, now they're here.

The broadcast channel is filled with groups looking for members these days - especially in CoV.

Well the Heroclix figure is nice as is the foil box but the PvP Online exclusive comic inside is awesome.

Personally waiting for the game to lower it's monthly fee, $15 green skins is still a tad much each month

$15 for two games is too much? What's that compared to other products, like 3 packs of cigarettes? I don't think $15 is an unreasonable price.
