For your Thursday viewing pleasure, Betheseda sends along three new screenshots for their upcoming Fallout 3 DLC, The Pitt.

The Pitt allows you to travel to the post-apocalyptic remains of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and become embroiled in a conflict between slaves and their Raider masters. Explore a sprawling settlement ravaged by time, neglect, nuclear radiation, and moral degradation. The Pitt is filled with morally grey choices, shady NPCs, new enemies, new weapons, and much more.

This looks like it might be fun, cool and worth it. I'll watch it develop with high hopes.

2 out of 3 shots are awesome. One is just a foggy mess.

Overall the concept and hues of this part of the Fallout world look really compelling.

Count me in. Love the hues and concept sounds very appealing. One might hope it will be better then "Operation Horse Armor"... The coolest thing about it was the winter setting and the new guns, power armor. The New Perk is useless for my Vault Dweller. The "quest" was a really big meh.

Damn. I live in Pittsburgh - that 2nd screenshot? I know that bridge. I drive over that bridge.

Day one purchase. :D

That sawblade looks like it was just bought....

I still have issues with the fallout universe claiming it's 200 years after fallout, but everything looks so dam fresh and new.

Anybody ever read Marvel's New Universe books?

The main setting for those stories was Pittsburg after a mediore hit it and it became known as "The Pitt".

Awesome. I grew up in N. Virginia (near DC) and went to college in Pittsburgh. Now they just need an add-on in post-apocalyptic Atlanta and I will be all set!

Looks like modern-day Pittsburgh if you ask me. :D

Go Browns! ;)

Is this the DLC where they allow you to continue the game beyond the end, or is that the next one? Not really interested in add-ons until I can play them without going back to a much earlier save.

Yeah I hate when medicores hit place. It seems to have been hitting Joss Whedon the hardest right now...;)

And no, Jadbalja, it's not that extension DLC. That's the third one, "Broken Steel".
