At the time of writing it's going for over $7,000!! That's pretty sick.

My anal side would like to point out that the Gamecube comes with a one year warrently. The best built of the consoles also has the longest warrenty - funny how that works.

The way I see this is that given my income, I'm willing to drop about $600 on an entertainment device, accessories, and games. That's a little over a week of work for me. If I was an anesthesiologist making an average anesthesiologist's salary of $265,000 a year (About $5,100 a week), I probably wouldn't feel too bad about dropping 8K on my entertainment device.
