Alan Wake, Beyond Good & Evil 2, Black Mesa: Source, Brütal Legend, Diablo III, Half-Life 2: Episode Three, Natural Selection 2, Project Offset StarCraft II and of course, Duke Nukem Forever.

Also, is there a hope for Fable 2 converted to PC?

Ooohh a few of those you really can't tell. Stuff like Offset has been in development for ages.
