The weekend is upon us and we have a Super Bowl! That is my Sunday as I watch the Cardinals shock the world and win. The Steelers were always my favorite AFC team, but of course, I will be cheering for the home town Cardinals! Saturday I plan to play some CoH and maybe I will try the Lord of the Rings trial (see post below). What will you be playing this weekend? Anyone outside of Arizona cheering for the Cardinals?

I only watch the Super Bowl for the ads and now I can view those online...so I won't be watching!
GTA IV and MGS:2

Living in Cincinnati, there are plenty of people who hate the Steelers with a passion, and thus are rooting for the Cardinals. So there is that.
As for what I'll be playing, I honestly have no idea at the moment. Probably some Valkyria Chronicles and Uncharted.

Red Alert 3 and LotR Online will be on the play list this weekend.

I'm going to try to start MGS2 along with pwnophobia and also play some GTAIV, trying to finish it up before Lost and Damned. I'll be heading to a coworker's house for the Super Bowl so our kids can run around like idiots together, and we can eat chips.

Going to try and finish up Uncharted and then dive into Prince of Persia. That, and counting the days until Killzone 2 comes to a store near you. :)

I think I am going to try and finish the single player of new Call of Duty and then start up something else. I need to hit up something in my backlog, so maybe Turok or Devil May Cry 4. If the opportunity presents itself, more horde mode on Gears 2.
And that superbowl thing too.

I got invited to go outside -- which makes me suspicious since everyone knows there are bears outside. Aside from that I'll be studying for a (professional) exam this weekend.

I finally picked up a Wii, so i'll be playing some of that, and of course, Left 4 Dead and Dawn of War 2 MP Beta. I just got my Logitech G7 back from repairs, so hopefully this will up my zkpm (zombie kills per minute).
Heroics in WoW with my friends.

I picked up Mount & Blade, last weekend, and I'm totally hooked on it. I'm using the 1257 AD mod. Good stuff!

I'm divided three ways between LBP, Skate 2, and Eternal Sonata.
I picked up Crackdown for 12 bucks yesterday so I plan on doing another run through of that with the DLC.

I might grab Burnout Paradise again now that it's twenty bucks on the PS Store. Also looking forward to more The World Ends With You and playing with the Filmer's Pack in Skate 2.
I only found out the Superbowl was this weekend yesterday.

Fallout 3 mostly. (Thought the game was kind of "meh" at first, but while playing it last night it finally clicked.)
But I also have Folklore and FarCry2 coming in the mail from goozex, so depending on when they arrive I might play those too.

I'll be heading to a coworker's house for the Super Bowl so our kids can run around like idiots together, and we can eat chips.
I will also be eating chips. I live across the street from the UA, so I'll see if any tailgate game-watching is going on. My dog loves to search for dropped burgers at the tailgates.
Um, games. Yeah, just got DiRT, as I've played everything else worth playing at the game store. I'll be dropping in there periodically in search of Sammy L. Samurai.

Fallout 3. And I will try to finish Resistance 1 so I can play Resistance 2 and hopefully make room for Killzone 2 later. And I need to actually find time to play Gears of War 2 for more than 15 minutes.

Actually, after reading about the Planetside adventures of the RPS crew (http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/2009/01/26/the-planetside-war-weekend-warriors/), I'm thinking about grabbing the 14 day trial for that one. I first played that one WAY back in the closed beta and I always had fond memories of it.
Also, I've been saving my pennies for a 360 and Rock Band 2. That may happen via Costco this weekend.

I'm pulling for the cardinals mainly because I hate the Steelers. The Cardinals also beat my Falcons so I guess in my mind that if they win out it will look better for the Falcons.
I'll be trying to finish up Fallout 3. I already played their Operation Anchorage and I have like 4 more missions to complete in the main quest. I also need to find 5 more bobbleheads to complete my collection. I'll probably play some Gears of War 2, I still haven't started the story mode yet and the online multiplayer is still buggy even after the patch. Hopefully I can play some Horde online with some friends. Also will play some Maw that game is really cool.

Hopefully I'm not the first geek here to say 'screw the superbowl'. I'm not watching.
Then again I do appreciate the stupid amounts of money that will be spent around this event, which will be good for the economy. So from that perspective, 'go steelers!' (They're playing right?)

Cheering Arizona just because they are the underdogs....I'm more excited for the fact that there's supposed to be footage of the GI JOE movie shown during the bowl.
May not have time to game this weekend...I'll see what I can work out. If I do it will probably be Dead Rising again, and there's always the RE5 demo.

It's new computer time over here, so plenty of installing and configuring. First game I loaded was Crysis. Runs silky smooth on high detail at 1680x1050 2xAA. I have a backlog of PC titles to get load up, and plenty of file transferring.
Superbowl Sunday will be spent ice fishing in the morning, and BBQ during the game. Coolies.
