THQ Plans More de Blob

In an interview with IGN THQ have revealed that they intend to continue the somewhat disappointing de Blob character into new games for the Wii.

When we presented the NPD data to THQ for comment, a spokesperson for the company indicated that de Blob's solid American sales beginnings are only half the story. "We're pleased with de Blob's performance worldwide," the rep noted. "It's a great intellectual property and you can tell your readers to expect to see more of de Blob in the future."

Nope, only Wii game I ever finished. Very innovative on several levels, including music and the use of the Wii controller.

I got bored after the first level, and hated the control scheme the entire time I played it. Very disappointed, since it was one of the few Wii games I was looking forward too.

I liked it. of course it was a rental, so we played it heavily for a week and then gave it back. in its defense, its one of the few games I'd rent again.

I've been wanting to pick this up for a while; i just don't really feel like paying $50 for a Wii game these days; as terribly biased as that is.

Yeah it's stupid to release a sequel to one of the best games on the system. Keep turning out budget crap for the walmart masses to buy for the Wii. This was the only game I bought for the Wii for the entire second half of last year.
