For the last Xbox Marketplace deal of the week, Microsoft has got one helluva deal. They're giving away Halo: Combat Evolved (http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/games/media/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d8024d53084c/?gu=66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d8024d53084c) (Xbox Originals version) for 50% off, which works out to 600 MSP. This starts tomorrow, and will be available for a full week.

why o why can't i just install my halo 1 disc to my 360 and that be the end. it makes me so mad that i have a bunch of original xbox games that i can't just load to the hard drive.

Wow. I just played through this game in it's entierty...days ago. My first time in 3 and a half years. A major graphics rehaul, some minor game play tweaks, and we have ourselves a game of the year nominee...again.

the graphics and gameplay have not been touched. please stop spreading misinformation. it's a straight port of halo 1...period.

Yeah, it would be cool if MS did a remake of the original with online play too. Considering that they now have a dedicated, internal Halo studio on the MS campus I guess it's not that inconceivable.
