Gamecloud (http://www.gamecloud.com) is reporting that Kevin Bachus has left the Infinium Labs building (http://www.gamecloud.com/article.php?article_id=2375).
There was no stated reason for his departure other than he wished to "pursue other opportunities". Greg Koler, a consultant for Infinium Labs since June 2004, is now the interim CEO, CFO, President and a director for the company.
I'll bet that Greg Koler also makes coffee runs and brings in the Krispy Kremes in the morning.

I heard the flagship title for the system is going to be Duke Nukem Forever. ;)

I can't wait for this company to crash and burn. I hope investor ire sees a few of these Infinum fucks in prison.
/not bitter, just just hate how they dealt with HarcOCP (http://hardocp.com/article.html?art=NTEy)

Zing. :)
Why do kids scream for ballons and immediately let it go when you buy one for them, then start crying all over again as it floats away without a care?

The word "boned" comes to mind when you make a consultant your CEO, CFO, President and director of the entire company. Oh wait, this is Infinium, this might actually be an improvement...

I'm surprised they didn't ring Derek Smart and ask him to take the position.
It's my understanding that Greg Koler is a pseudonym for Derek Smart.

.01 per share. Game over.
Likely that the company will be delisted this week.
You could sue but frankly what would you get?
Maybe all of us at EA could start a hedge fund? At a penny per share I think we can gain control and put EA in as CEO/CFO/CMO/COO

Wow. I am actaully all for that. I'll buy a couple hundred shares for $5. Then EA would be the only game forum with its own console.
We'd be able to bitch about our own crappy system!

Mr. Smart is pretty shady in his handling of customers and marketing of his game. It would surprise me very little if he resorted to something like this after his mum cut off his allowance.
Why won't this obvious SCAM just die a miserable death!?!
