Oops, looks like not everything is right with Marcus and Dom. There's a video on Youtube that shows off the fact that if you've got a couple of guys against the same wall, you can melee or, even worse, grenade tag through the wall.

Great choice of music for the video, somewhat sloppy game testing for GoW2, predict that my enjoyment of the game will remain level (or perhaps increase) regardless of the bug.

I noticed that none of the victims were actually "taking cover." Rather, they were just standing. I'll have to test this when I get home. Still, that's a pretty big bug.

Thats not all, there are some glitches with smoke grenades where you can blow yourself(hehe) into the walls and do stuff like in the video to people who go by while your invulnerable. Some some asshats doing it last night on the River map. The escort mission type(or whatever gears calls it).

Plus I have been hearing a lot of shit about a shotgun/shield glitch. Although I don't know the details. I assume its something that allows you to have the shield and carry the shotgun instead of the pistol.

You'd think that after all of the glitches in the first game they'd have a better handle on this kind of shit. Now its almost pointless to be in cover.

This is just yet another big glitch that Gears 2 has. There is a new one going around that allows the host to become INVISIBLE as well.
The shield glitch has been around since the first Friday of release, which allows you to carry ANY weapon you want with a shield. B, X+dpad direction. (i won't tell you which gun to have out to make it work though ;))

This game has dropped to 4th on LIVE and it's thanks to these glitches. But EPIC is glad to charge you $10 for 3 maps!! What a slap in the face. I hope this game tanks even more.
