Far Cry 2 Patch in the Works

IGN has word (http://pc.ign.com/articles/934/934584p1.html) that the PC version of Ubisoft's new FPS, Far Cry 2, will be getting its next patch in about a week. A Ubisoft representative, on the game's official (German) forums, said the patch will come out between the 8th and 11th of December. This upcoming update will follow Far Cry 2's 1.01 patch. Version 1.01 of Far Cry 2 fixed a number of bugs that included crashes, balancing issues, and more. Unfortunately, Ubisoft has not yet released notes for Far Cry 2's upcoming patch.

Why does it have to be so hard to find the readme for the 1.01 patch?

Hopefully they'll slow the voice acting down a little bit.

Anyone else notice that on the 360 version the voices seem to be running at 1.5x speed? It's very disconcerting getting all your missions from Mickey Mouse.

Bit of a deal-breaker for me.
