You can get 2 free entries (1 for downloading a gamerpic, 1 for downloading the NXE). On November 19th, it will pop up as a required system update.
I got into the last round of early NXE users from Major Nelson so I've been using it for a couple days and it's pretty cool.

does anyone know if it fixed the media center extender issues with divx or did they just abandon that

Damn that's a mountain of points. Too bad you would fill up your HD long before you spent half of those points.

I wonder if they'd give you a code, or just deposit them into your account.
Speaking about the new xbox experience...is evil avatar going to be allowed to do anything for it like the gamerpic that was done for the old one?

Gamerpics still exist, they just aren't as focused on anymore.
