That's not a "Full Story", that's a series of links leading up to an "article" that says the same thing you said in the news post :confused:. Anyway, thanks for the update. I've been looking for them to settle on a name for awhile now.

Edit: Ah nevermind, I see what's going on now. I was under the assumption that Mythic had updated the website, not that people had figured out what the whole W.A.R. thing means. That's what I get for not reading the post. :)

Mythic certainly has the experience in the MMO industry. DAOC is showing it's age now, but it is a very stable game that went through years of stress testing .

I think they'll have a pretty stable release regardless of how fun the game is.

meh. why oh why can't they do 40k? who needs another fantasy MMO? I mean for christ sake... can we get something a little different? Such an awsome franchise, and they do the boring part of it. meh.

and yeah, Imperator got nuked sometime in august I think? been a busy fall, but I remember it being around then. /wave a garthlink (used reithe as name on the imperator site you ran). I think they decided that wow pvp sucked, and they could do better. Not to mention that their existing playerbase (subscribed to DAOC or not) might more thoroughly migrate to another RvR game instead of complete PvE. Just a stab in the dark, but still a shame. Here's to hoping that imperator sees light someday (they said it would), and roman power armor is a go.
