I remember when NFS didn't need a damn story. You raced exotics doing time trials or head to head on long stretches of road just for the satisfaction of driving... none of the "see how gigantic my balls look with these 21-inc rims" bullshit that the series has been excreting for the last 6 or 7 years. What I wouldn't give to see the return of the originals... 1 & 2 specifically.

This is the NFS I wanted for years. Basically Most Wanted 2. Great stuff. Can't wait, day 1 for me.

I agree with Mr. Lake .. this series has become too much about the bling and the cops (neither of which was what interested me about the game originally.) I want NFS: Porsche 2000 (aka Porsche Unleashed), with the the beautiful country vista's and winding roads. That game rocked. Surely it would be a good move for them to do at least one game that's removed from the urban car-pimping scene?
