Team Xbox (http://www.teamxbox.com) has the story (http://news.teamxbox.com/xbox/9667/Condemned-Criminal-Origins-Goes-Gold/).

SEGA of America, Inc. announced today that its upcoming first-person psychological thriller Condemned: Criminal Origins has gone gold for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. SEGA confirms the game will ship throughout North America on November 22 to coincide with the launch of Xbox 360.
Sweet mama! After the delay of so many other 'launch' titles, I was fretting about this one. Not any more!

Take THAT naysayers! I'll be picking this game up, it looks well-executed.

Well, that is one preorder I don't have to worry about!
I would have preferred that they take the extra time to refine gameplay, add extra content, etc. However, as long as the game is solid (which from in-game vids I believe it is) I welcome the news.

The game looks great, very simple, very intense. I'm looking forward to it, I like the whole, detective work thrown into it you get to see in the videos. hopefully nothing crazy in the game happens.

It could just be that the game was finished and they didn't need extra time!

No, as far as I know PC got shafted.

On the other hand, depending on the sales, maybe it'll be ported sometime down the line.

I agree. Why ever release a game because you're finished? There's always refinement that could be done and extra content to be added! :D

It's sad but true. The fact that this game has a "Sega" label automatically makes me subsconsciously suspicious of it. One of my favorite companies until the last few years, but they haven't put out what I would consider a quality product in a good while. I know this is technically monolith, but I dont' trust Sega to do any sort of quality control anymore; it's like they don't care at all about their brandname. Maybe I'll change my tune when I see some reviews, but, for now, the fact that I am willing to put a lot more faith in the Rare brand says alot.

There was just a preview of the game on G4's Attack of the Show (yes, I was bored) and it seems my hunch proved right. It did not look graphically look impressive at all to me, just like a regular Xbox title. And the gameplay looked similarly underwhelming.
