I loved the offspring... when I was 16. I still enjoy smash though. Best punk rock album of the 90s!? They need to put that album up as DLC. Their later material was a bit iffier.

All Rock Band DLC will work with Rock Band 1 and 2. The PS3's store gets updated on Thursday, so these will most likely appear then. This particular announcement is for the 360.

There are a plethora of better Offspring songs. For as much as Harmonix gives us good tracks that are fun, rather than just churning out radio hits, they still make some headscratchin calls from time to time.

Seems like a trend with the 'packs' though, they always release 2 great songs and one so-so song in them.

Though I certainly don't envy people playing DLC with lots of hammer-on chords in RB1. I was pleasantly surprised how much easier SkullCrusher Mountain got when I played it in RB2.
