True Fantasy Live Online Revived?

Gamer's Report posted the following article listing several games that are rumored to be available for the Xbox 360 in the future. They report that their source was the November issue of EGM. They listed Shadowrun...many of us have heard this rumor too. But they go on to list Rygar 2 and TFLO. At the end of the article it says "These titles haven't been officially confirmed yet, but trust us - they're on the way."

I was really psyched about TFLO and then it was cancelled. I'm not letting MS take me down that path again. Though, MS renewed the trademark for the TFLO name, this isn't an indication that the game will be made. But lets face it, it would have moved a lot more systems than Final Fantasy XI will in the States.

I preferred the SNES version. And it's a Megadrive, dammit! :D

I really, really hope that TFLO sees the light of day. That'd guarantee my Xbox live subscription. And a second 360 so my fiancee can play. And a second Live subscription. And moving two TVs into the same room all the time. Damn that's gonna be hard work.

I'm not a fan of these type of games but a lot of people are.This would be a good title for MS/360.

Wow your girlfriends will play games with you? My girlfriend likes games but i think the last game she played was Psycho Fox on the master system :D

TFLO looked like it would been a great game. I mean it ain't even like they would have to improve the graphics since it's cel shading.

My wife can stomp my ass at quite a few fighting games, and is probably one of the best gamers I know. I almost hope this doesn't come out, as it would also add another 360 to our purchase list.

At first I saw the settings wrong and I'm arguing with my friends I'm not using any robot voice. Funniest part was the plea "Why won't you guys believe me, I'm not a robot?!?" Ironically I was playing as CIS(robots) in star wars battleground.

Every random game of Halo 2 or DoA Ultimate was full of nine year old morons. That's just my experience. But as for MMO's with voice chat, I have a problem with that because it pretty much kills role-play. A giant tauren warrior shouldn't sound like a squeeky little girl, and a hot nightelf shouldn't sound like a thirty year old guy.

Yeah. Still count Shadowrun on Megadrive as one of the best RPG's ever made. My brother, my cousins and I played that to death. I think we finished it at the least 10 times between the four of us.

For those worried about voice-chat in TFLO. It was said that there would be filters to make females sound more female, and buff guys more..buff..sounding. I hope this news is true.
