This summer sucked as far as movies go. Dark Knight was pretty much the only good movie I saw.

If any of you contributed to the 6.8 million Disaster Movie made, you can go fuck yourself. Hard.

But BOTH Kim Kardashian AND Carmen Electra are in it!

What, no Hamlet 2? I'm vastly disappointed. With such classical numbers as "Rape in the Face," how could it go wrong?
Seriously though, go see it if you like slighty insane humor. The theater of a dozen people I saw it with laughed through the whole thing.

Babylon AD..I actually liked it. Not bad.

Really?! I usually don't agree with critics, but when the director of a film complains about it...
I was hoping to see TDK carry all the way to Xmas. Still, it broke 500mil. Wasn't there some kind of pool as too how much it would take in?

Saw Tropic Thunder today.
I laughed 1/3 of the time, and for me at a theater, that's saying a lot.
I give it 4 out of 5 middle fingers.
Would have given it more if only I had understood what Robert Downey Jr said half the time.............

The movie is actually pretty awesome until the last half hour. It's there you can tell where all the really good stuff got cut out and one line explanations are given for interesting things.
I'd say it's definately worth the ticket price.

What!?! Are you blind man? This summer has had a lot of solid releases. Did you see: Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Wall-E, HellBoy II, or Tropic Thunder?
Wow, no Hamlet 2 love at all! Oh, what's this? Disaster Movie @ 6.8 million? I've lost all hope for humanity...again. :(

Still a record summer though, with record $4.2 billion in box office.

Glad to see The Dark Knight crest the $500MM mark. All the other offerings...meh.

Disaster Movie...proving that there are plenty of morons out there that like "should be straight to DVD" movies at regular movie prices.

I really liked Pinapple Express. I thought the fight scenes were nicely done and some of the laughs were hysterical. Plus, Freaks and Geeks love.
Um, I know I'm late chiming in on Disaster Movie, but does anyone have any ideas on why these types of movie are making so much money? What's the appeal?

Finally saw The Dark Knight - amazing film. I hate popcorn epics, and this was definitely not one of them.

They say that nearly every year. ;)
It doesn't change the fact that fewer people are going out to movies than ever before.

God. I wish I could punch everyone in the world who paid to see Disaster Movie in the face. Also, the writers. I want to punch them, too.

I find it more hilarious to imply that a piece of shit like that even HAD writers.
