Awesome news! I tried the first one on Playstation a long time ago, and remember it as a VERY fun (and humorous) although hard game. $15 for both (13.49) is, as Disgustipated said, a steal.

I've always wanted to try these. Steam really is too good a selling platform.

Does anyone know what the PC ports are like? I remember picking up the first one ages ago and being frustrated with the bad controls and crappy resolution. But I was young and impatient back then, so anyone with more recent experience?

Played the demo of one of them and became hopelessly stuck within about five minutes. Instant death beam forward and backward, and nothing but one of your useless mates to interact with. When I restarted the game after reading a walkthrough (apparently you're meant to find weapons in secret areas that nobody could have guessed existed) I discovered that the lengthy intro sequences were unskippable. Got rid of it immediately after.

Ah, I loved these games back in the day.
When is Lorne Lanning going to make that movie he was always talking about?

Never played these but Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee remains one of my favorite games of all time. For some reason.

I love looking at them, but I have always HATED playing games in the supposed "Realistic 2D platformer" genre.

I wish they made a true sequel to these games instead of the route the series took.
