We've just posted our non-spoiler review (http://www.evilavatar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54467) of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, out exclusively for the Playstation 3 and also the supposed final entry in the Metal Gear series.

There is no beating around the bush, this game is simply gaming excellence. It joins Uncharted: Drake's Fortune as the best reasons to own a Playstation 3 system outside of using it as a Blu-Ray player. This is the culmination of over 20 years of stories and let there be no doubt it answers all the lingering questions that have been hanging since Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and also ties up stuff from the earlier days of Big Boss that were reflected in Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. If you are a fan of the series there is no doubt that you've already gone out and purchased the game, but those that may have moved away from it after the crazy last third of MGS2 you owe it to yourself to allow Kojima to answer your questions because he delivers in spades!

The graphics, both in-game and during the cutscenes, are unreal and I honestly haven't seen graphics like this on consoles before. The voiceovers are top notch as always and the old MGS gameplay gets some major refinement to create an experience unlike any you have experienced in console videogaming.

Also of note, tonight on Evil Avatar Radio (http://www.evilavatarradio.com) the gang will be talking with Snake's voice, David Hayter. Be sure to check it out live at 7pm Central Time and I'm sure one of the gang will have a post later in the day about it.

Feel free to read our non-spoiler Review (http://www.evilavatar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=54467) and we will try to answer questions to the best of our ability.
