I logged in a couple of hours just killing a few mobs getting used to things again and got Design: Bright Living Ruby (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=24192) as a random mob drop. I listed on the AH for 500 and it sold instantly. I wish I had listed it a little higher now. :D

I remember when I quit... One day I just thought, "What would happen if I just never played again?" So I shared all my gear, mailed it to friends and have been crack free for a little over two years now!

When I quit WoW for the first time, I had parked my Priest in STV (no idea why) and upon re-subbing, hoped on and was immediately (and I mean immediately killed by a Blood Elf in a guild named Violent Diarrhea.

Bastard. I have had only one of those JC designs drop, had to buy the rest. The living ruby ones are usually very expensive, so you found a good one. I found a shitty talasite design :(

I play with a buddy of mine and I'm a LW and his is a BS and every time a scroll drops it's a smithing scroll. Best I ever do is getting a a blue or 2 to drop that might be worth 50 or 60 gold.

My luck sucks ass when it comes to drops. Even when it is finally something good, the economy on the server I'm playing on is so ass backwards that things that should sell for lots are already a dime a dozen on the AH, and things like wool, which are incredibly easy to obtain, are selling for 5g a stack.

I'll probably get back into it at some point, I even picked up Burning Crusade recently, but I think that I would start from scratch on a PvE server instead of PvP. I prefer not having to deal with other people when I play.
