Enter the Sentinels: College student Lyn Li... brilliant inventor and smart-alec Esro Brachis... beloved hero Ultraa... flamboyant showman Damon Sinclair... and mysterious alien powerhouse Vanadium.

When at last they all clash atop the Warlord's floating city, can the world itself survive?

This new Swarm edition has been revised and updated and features all new interior art!

"Really stands out as top-notch among its genre."

This is the ....attitude, for those who are sharpening their fingers in anticipation of asking why this is front-paged, and/or what it has to do with gaming news.

Thank goodness you just got that out of the way! That's a pretty tired old meme, ain't it!

Oh, and READING is good! Buy a book! :)

Yeah, I tried to get in there before the inevitable. Of course, by doing so, I'm opening the floodgates for some smartypants to reply along the lines of "why is this on the front page", or "I thought EvAv was a GAMING site".

And yes, reading is one of the most under-appreciated things one can do to improve oneself. Unless you're still in school, that is. :)

That's a pretty cunning way to get your signature on this thread, Jacob!

I'm on to your shenanigans! :)

I've been round the internet block once or twice.

And don't think I didn't catch the subtle 'bump' disguised as a reply! ;)

This should not be on the front page. And certainly not if the publisher made the post.

1. Yes, it should. We have lots of members who read this genre of stuff.

2. Evil Avatar and Permuted Press have had a pretty longstanding relationship. What's wrong with them making their own post?

3. Shut up and sit down.

Yowza! And I was only half kidding.

What's the difference between this and a press release, or a news post saying something's gone gold, or that Awesome Game - No Planned Sequel is now available in stores? Exactly.

If there were more Subscribers, then we wouldn't need ads at all. :o

Wow, that is just awesome. I like that better than the book cover!

Bump!

I'm ok with it personally.

I prefer to read a good book than play a console/computer game any day of the week. Being a compulsive reader, it gets more expensive than my gaming hobby, prices of book these days.

One thing tho, i find it a bit awkward to have links to buy the book. Its ok to do a press release with review links and the such, but direct store links just feel too commercial. *shrug*

Just an opinion mind you, im fine either way.
