Gun will be a GTA-style game, set in the West in the 1880s, in cities such as Dodge City and New Mexico's Las Vegas. The murderous 'Dodge City Gang' has been on a rampage and you seek revenge, hunting them down between Indians and Mexican pistoleros. Main mode of transportation is any horse you can find or steal, and of course, Gun will include high speed "horse" pursuits.

You can hijack biological marvels such as the legendary 1-horsepower white Ford Mustang, limited edition. Automatic gear shift, low fuel consumption and leather seats are included!

Bah, with such a good concept (ripoff, but still a good concept), they could've made it look so much more stylized than that. I'm disappointed.

Look at that lush, flat textured grass! This better not be the PC / 360 version...

Where's the gamecube version?

The title's not quite as good as "Tom Clancy's: Warfighter".

But slightly better than "Tom Clancy's: Gun Shooter," and leagues above "Tom Clancy's: Guy with a Gun who Shoots People."

I think this game looks awesome, and from a severely unrepresented genre. Plus, Red Dead Revolver was such a piece of piss that I need something to take its place. Not to mention that Brad Dourif (Doc Cochran to you Deadwood watchers) is voicing the crazy preacher.

It doesn't look the best, but I seriously don't care. If the cost of developing a cool, non-franchise new game is not being able to hire 10 guys to model grass, so be it.

There is a New Mexico in Las Vegas??

Ouch... I thought I remembered earlier screenshots looking better than this.

Must be spending all the hardware on the 'muddled shit' full-screen shader effect. Of course, if it's instead going towards intelligent AI, streaming an enormous world, and a solid framerate it should be cool.

I know you're joking, but just to assert myself:

It says "New Mexico's Las Vegas", meaning Las Vegas, New Mexico, which has been there centuries longer than Las Vegas, Nevada.

No, I had no idea there was a Las Vegas in New Mexico. Do they have gambling and prostituion? Yes, I know there is no official prostituion in Vegas, NV.
Wow, the things you learn on EvAv.
