Vietcong 2 - Multiplayer Demo

The 445 mb Vietcong 2 multiplayer demo has released. It features the levels “Depot” and “Trail”, which can be played in Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch and Capture the Flag, with support for up to 64 players. In addition, new classes are unlocked as players gain experience.

It's very forgettable. High damage, slow movement, ten to twenty second respawn waits. They also made the mistake of including 'vietnam mode' in the demo, which removes the UI and confused the hell out of me when I joined my first server.

This is one of those games that i think takes the realism to a whole new lvl.
I played on 2 servers last night. one with the UI and one without it. I really must say i like the one without much more. I adds so much more realism to the game. in stead of looking at the radar to see if a friends got shot i have to use my eyes and ear to see and hear where the shots are comeing from.

I also found the UI very bright. it took alot away from the game. all the game needs to team voice and it would be so cool.

side note i made it to lvl 10 befor i quite for the night. :D

One of the best parts of vietcong is the later deep jungle levels on vietnam mode, it was so hard but sooo fun.
