Fight Night Round 4: Now With More Tyson

Last year (http://evilavatar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39084), when EA Chicago was shuttered, we though we had seen the last of the Fight Night series. EA's later announcement of the arcade boxing title Facebreaker seemed to put the final nail in the coffin. But fight fans can rejoice, because Fight Night Round 4 is on the way, and this time with a friend - Mike Tyson (http://www.next-gen.biz/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=10360&Itemid=2).Electronic Arts officially unveiled EA Sports Fight Night Round 4, which will feature a pre-rape conviction Mike Tyson and floating, stinging Muhammad Ali.

Fight Night used to be a well-regarded staple of EA Chicago, but after that studio was shuttered last year, EA has handed development duties over to EA Canada.

The studio will be adding some of history's best boxers into the mix in the form of Tyson and Ali as playable characters, time periods be damned.Fight Night Round 4 is slated for a 2009 release on both the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.

Every friday at my job I allow 20 minutes for all reps to look at youtube to find the funniest video. For some reason the tyson knockout compilations ALWAYS win. Mostly due to people not "knowing" they are knocked out and running around like chickens. Good times.

That's the first thing I thought when I read this news, is that maybe another good Def Jam will come out, the last one sucked but the one before that was awesome.

Besides, Mike Tyson's Punch-Out is one of the greatest games ever. Sure, I know it existed in arcades without his image beforehand, but his version established the game. So he gets a free pass.

As far as video games go...when it comes to his personal life, not so much.
