Pilot Academy readies for take off on your PSP.

Rising Star Games has unveiled the first details of Pilot Academy, the first flight simulator to be available on the PSP. The game is based on the massively successful Japanese flight sim series 'Pilot Ni Narou!', which has appeared on both the PlayStation and PlayStation 2. In Pilot Academy (http://www.pro-g.co.uk/news/nid/1158/1377/) you will be able to take charge of civilian and military aircraft, in both single player and missions and multiplayer aerial combat (with game-sharing).

Cool. I've been wanting a good combat flight sim on the DS or PSP for a while. This isn't quite what I had in mind (I could do without the civilian planes... no gun, no fun), but it'll do.

A flight yoke is a specialized joystick (http://www.pcaviator.com/shop/viewAProduct.php?pid=402) for flight sims. A flight yolk, though, must be an aerodynamic egg.

You can have your PilotWings. Just need to not have the 1.51 or later firmware.

Yay. Happy there's a good looking flight sim on the horizon.
