Jebus, there's yet another Ultima Online expansion out?

And here was me thinking EverQuest held the expansion record.

Yeah that's my DVD buy of the week, hope it doesn't suck...
And I double dipped and got Transporter Special Edition, so I'll use that free ticket this weekend...

Those Monty Python collections would look mighty appealing if I hadn't blown all my Christmas money buying the Complete Flying Circus box set last year. Oh, man, was that worth it though. We're still working through those 14 DVDs.

I've heard good things about Mario Baseball, but I'll probaby wait and play a friend's copy to see if I'm really interested.

This might be an invitation to something unpleasant but ...who is Jason Statham? I know he was in The Transporter but who is he? What movie did he do before that that gave him a top billing role in an action movie? I tried watching The Transporter last night (it was on TNT or TBS or something) but with all the editing it was pretty unwatchable.

The first Transporter was an awful mess of a film with some fantastic action points thrown in. I will gladly pay my 8 bucks, pay another 90 for some popcorn, sit in that theater and have a great time with the second film. Since I know it's going to be awful going in, I cannot wait.

I'll also be picking up Ong-Bak. The lead actor is a Thai Bruce Lee.

Jason Statham first played in the Guy Ritchie films Lock, Stock & 2 Smoking Barrels and Snatch. He also played pretty big roles in Cellular and The Italian Job. I absolutely loathed The Transporter. Felt like I was watching a bad Van Damme movie. Don't care at all to see the sequel.

Anyone here seen the Mario Baseball commerical where Bowser rushes the mound? I laugh my ass off every time. Nintendo commercials have come a long way in the last 5 years.

Ong-Bak rocks. I've had the imported DVD for a couple months.

I was just saying the same thing to a friend the other day. The end of the commercial where Bowser gets knocked down by the baseballs in the back cracks me up.

I liked the first Transporter a lot. You pretty much have to throw reality out the window with flicks like these. Have you seen the hose fight trailer?

I have scene for the Transporter 3. I fight scene with Jason on roller skates. The spinning kicks and sound of ball bearings.

<Zooms in slow motion on the spinning wheels burning a piece of Thug 1's nose>
<Bend on one knee with the other extended to trip the group around him>

Throw in a triple axel for effect. Yeah that's the stuff.

It's becoming tradition, but another week goes by and nothing good for my PSP.

Also, I want to appologize to the gaming community. I bought a DS last week after the price drop, so you won't be seeing any good DS games for a while either.

And that Mario Baseball commercial was funny as hell. The only thing that pisses me off is that it isn't out for DS :-p

The Orignal transporter movie had shit for a story line and the japnese chick bitching around with him was completely unnecessary, he should have shoved her in a trash can and slammed the lid on.
The action was really satisfying though....and thats all that counts for me.

Don't forget -

Ong-Bak - The Thai Warrior

I saw that title in all the sunday ads too!
sorta amazed since it was totally underground import title..

my friend showed all the best parts to me and it is pretty awesome.
not just choreography but how intentionally brutal the choreography is.
They flat out punch, kick and break shit on eachother with no trickery..
pretty awesome.

Totally Underground Import? Am I the only one who actually went to the theater and saw it when I was playing? I mean its not like it was one of those odd theaters that only play independant films, all the theaters where I live (Calgary, Ablerta) were playing it and I have to say that it was packed. Definatly my DVD buy for the week.

Yeah, I saw it in the theater as well. However, I think it was out for at least a couple years elsewhere before it was available in the states. Hence, the "underground" tag.

That movie along was my motivation to take up thai boxing many moons ago.

Wow a UO expansion.... Is there a "mega" UO pack that includes all the expansions plus the game on 1 DVD or anything? I'd actually consider buying this. Reminds of the good old days...
