Get The Halo 3 Legendary Map Pack For Free

Microsoft and Bungie are releasing the Halo 3 Legendary Map Pack (http://evilavatar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=48458) into the wilds of XBL today, but Circuit City wants to hook you up with it for free...sort of.

Customers that pre-order Ninja Gaiden II at Circuit City (link here (http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Ninja-Gaiden-II-Xbox-360-882224552059/sem/rpsm/oid/203771/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do?linkid=j13774608k31063&affiliateid=k31063&mid=)) will be given a code allowing them to download the map pack (priced at 800 points/$10) for free. Although be warned that Circuit City's website says the code will be sent via e-mail "within a week", so hardcore Halo fans that want to play the new maps now may want to consider carefully.

No, the Mute button available since game launch does that. It's in the game manual.

Yeah, FN, I'm enjoying Avalanche the most thus far, but both smaller maps have had some completely chaotic results as well. Ghost Town, while possibly the tightest, is the kind of map you get destroyed on if you don't know it and the weapon placement.

Also the "friends only" option in the dashboard eliminates that problem forever... unless your friends are whiny 9-year-olds.
