Along the lines of interesting suicides, nades, and deaths before, here's a pretty good betrayal:

Movies for Halo 3 might be the best idea I have heard of in games for the last 5-8 years. Just lets you see those things you always are amazed about over and over. That is just an excellent use of a new systems capabilities.

I'm not really a Halo fan, but that was...AWESOME!

That is amazing. In my mind that somehow manages to be more awesome and hilarious than the other well-known, older videos.

It's because, really, why would he have even thought about looking up there, especially for a Warthog.

Haha... although highly coincidental, I think it was pretty obvious what happened. Nice vid though.

I honestly was expecting an explosion to be the cause, never occured to me that the Warthog would go that high on the thing.

Pretty good. Replays in COD4 would be epic.

Someone needs to make a motivational poster of being betrayed by a warthog from the sky.

That'd be awesome. I wish I could kill people on command like that.

That was pretty neat.

Pretty good. Replays in COD4 would be epic.

I don't think Grenade spam would be that interesting to watch... :p

I kid, I kid. Sort of.

Yes, yes the would.

Also, that was pretty damn funny. I loved the third view.

That has to be the best betrayal of all time. Thanks for showing this to us.

I really wish more games had this sort of replay facility, who knows what sort of hidden comedy is going on we're all missing.

Great find! I love that Halo 3 allows this type of random shit to happen: warthogs from the sky, traffic cone kills, sticky grenade mousetraps, etc. The loose physics could have been a curse, but according to these types of videos it's definitely a blessing.

Hmm... anybody notice the recent dramatic increase in betrayal videos?

That is great. The fact that the game itself can provide unpredictable moments like that without any AI or triggers is fantastic. Added to the fact that you can view however you like after is just the icing on the cake.

I'm not a big Halo fan, but that's a serious +1 in my department. I want scenarios like this to be able to happen in every game I play, right down to a bird in the sky falling from a stray bullet and knocking me on my ass when it plops on my head.
