View Full Version : Microsoft plan pre-TGS event
Microsoft is holding a press event for the Xbox 360 a day before the start of the Tokyo Game show.
Unlike Europe and North America, the Japanese launch price of the Xbox 360 (http://www.pro-g.co.uk/news/nid/1353/) is still unknown and it is expected that this and more will be revealed at the press day on Thursday 15th September, a day before the start of TGS.

Now you're just being insulting. Microsoft have gone out of their way to embrace the japanese market, and have signed up prominent japanese developers to lead the way.
There should be at least 5 or 6 xbox owners showing up now.

Whoa come on now... You know Ninja gaiden sold well over 100 copies there... :-P
That's 100 japanese xbox owners - 5 who died from playing endllessly = Ok some how you are right, only about 6 people showing up...
MS needs to make Dragoon Kwest. At least then they might confuse a couple Japanese into buying one of these.

To win the Japanese market all Microsoft needs to do is make a game about sticking stuff in people butts and package it with soiled school girl underwear. And some vomit and feces scenes in the game and you have the new top selling system in Japan.

Hahaha. I expected this post's responses to be stupid, but they've actually been refreshingly funny. Thanks for the laugh, all!

I'd buy two copies.

There's a photo running around of me dressed as Spider for Haloween. So I guess it's funny until you realized my foot's on your throat and you've got shit in your pants.
Also, one of the FAs will be knocking on your door shortly.

I'm at work. :( I think they missed me.
That said, my old housemate is thinking of dressing as Spider for Haloween since I forced him to read through Transmetropolitan this week. I'm just excited because it will make him shave his stupid hair, which is long and white right now.
