Grifball Double XP Weekend

Well, it's surprisingly fun for a simple gametype. Most people playing it for the first time don't have their headsets on, so it makes coordination a bit loose, but I'm glad to see a lot of people trying it.

Eh, I hate how Call of Duty's experience is only for the new maps... I'd play it endlessly, but those maps actually grow boring very quickly for me. Except for Creek. I love creek.

Mmm, not so sure about that. Bungie has been doing this for four weeks now, I believe. Alternating between Team Swat weekends and Grifball weekends. But maybe CoD has been doing it for a while too, and I just didn't know.

I'm having a lot of fun with this gametype, too. When it came out a few weeks ago, I hated it. I'm getting the hang of the timing now, though. I've been gGetting big killing streaks, like Killamanjaro's and even got one Killapocalypse (9 kills within 4 seconds of each other). I'm kind of the "person with the bomb follows him and his path of destruction" guy.

You have it backwards. Bungie has been offering DoubleEXP weekends for a few months now. COD4's special this weekend is merely for the release of the new maps.
