Localization in progress...

Ahem.

It seems the jury is still out on Fahren... Excuse me, Indigo Prophecy. But as far as this poster is concerned, it's as good as mine. I mean, the Euros seem to like it (http://www.eurogamer.net/article.php?article_id=60494); so unless something were to "fall out of the box" during the plane ride over to the New World, *wink wink* I'd say it's about time I GTAed myself a copy.

When it's released on 10/20/05 of course.

I thought the demo for this was one of the funnest games I've played lately. It just seemed to be such a nice break from the ordinary genres.

Oh, and a killer score to boot.

Grand Theft Aero?

That's pretty cool, a game that actually comes out here first, amazing!

I'm very much looking forward to buying a copy of this game when it's released over here in North America. And I must say, that has to be one of the best written reviews I've read in a long time. Props to Eurogamer for that well organized critique.

Uhm... So does anyone know what the actual Euro release date is?

EDIT: Still September ninth it seems.

I can't wait for this game after playing the demo to death.

Great adventure game for those who like them.

I'm going to try to import the European version. The U.S. version is being censored to get a non-porno rating (I don't know the actual rating because I don't care). You know, American puritanical attitude about sex. Interview with the developers. (http://www.adventuregamers.com/article/id,554)

That's interesting. How explicit is it? Darkwatch doesn't seem to have had any problems.

I'd be interested in finding a European copy of this game before it gets released in the states.

The developers say the sex isn't anything you wouldn't find in a movie (I assume he means theatrical release and not porno), but they were told they would have to censor it for the US if they wanted their game to sell anywhere other than sex shops. The GTA:SA controversy strikes again.

That's news to me. Guess I'm importing. Anyone knows of a good importer with reasonable price?

Played the demo of this game recently and it really looked interesting.

I'm so sick of first person shooters set in desolate future worlds. I'm deffinately going to pick it up when its released here in the UK.

I've seen the name of this game popping up here and there on EvAv, but I hadn't actually checked it out till I read that review.

I'm definately going to try it out when it comes out. I am all for different takes on games. It's a shame if they have to censor it. What happened to freedom of expression?

But all games are for kids. Especially games about stealing cars and killing hookers.

Hee hee. True true.

Whatever was I thinking? If only someone would institute some kind of rating system for videogames and maybe even put labels on the things to inform people of what kind of scenarios are in them.

If only....

Will the original work on XP? I remember playing the first little bit of it but never did get into it. I should try it out again (amongst many, many others).
