The Tech Lounge (http://www.thetechlounge.com/article.php?directory=quakecon_day_2) has a bunch of great pics and some pretty impressive videos coming out of QuakeCon, but primarily its focus is on some rare material for the new Doom movie.
Foremost amongst them, is that they have the FPS sequence of Doom that was show at SDCC, which got a really great reception from fans. There's also dozens of pics of Stan Winston studios working on the creature designs, as well as concept art of Doom's disgruntled army of monsters. some pretty cool stuff right there.
If you want to watch the FPS sequence, make sure to do so on a media player that lets you adjust the brightness/contrast, as the video is very dark and of course, shaky cam.
While the teaser trailer released a few weeks back had a bad futuristic Resident Evil written all over it, I'm still hoping this turns out to be a scary, gory action flick.
