Bungie.net - what's going on?

Is anybody having problems with Bungie.net? I haven't been able to get on it in weeks now. Whenever I go to it, it says Windows Live ID is unavailable:

I've been having this problem off and on since New Year's. There was a period of about a month where I simply could not get into the site. One day, it just randomly worked again. Back to its old shenanigans yesterday...
