Israel should conquer only militarily weak, economically viable Muslim states

I have Jewish friends in Israel, as well as here, but this guy is very radical/extreme.

Now there's an interesting first post. So, who is Shoher and what is characteristic of the Israeli right? For that matter, I'm gonna need more info on the unique aspects of Jewish moralistic reasoning.
