That's a really cool weapon. How long does it take to fire? Is it like shooting a bow/gun? What's the cool off time?

2 minute cool, 2 second fire. It is really easy to interrupt though.

meh, takes up a trinket slot and takes like 4 seconds to cast (at least back in my day). I have found amusing times to use it in long drawn out WSG however...

As a Warlock that 45 stamina boost has translated into 700 health though. I have found that dropping a grenade or other bomb and then following up with this rocket can make for a fantastic combo. I am dubious as to its utility in the Battleground though because of its cast time and ease of interruption.
