Lineage 2 Reviewer

A copy of Lineage 2: The Chaotic Throne (I think that's the name) has come across my desk. I'm looking for a free lance reviewer interested in checking it out and writing up something for the site.

I have gone into and out of L2 for some time now ... both actual and private servers. Most recently I hopped back in when they released the latest expansion and the new race, the Kamael. So I don't know if you're looking for someone to give you an overview of what has been and what has recently come out or if you are looking for a fresh perspective, but I thought I would throw my name out there anyway.

I have a bit of an MMORPG addiction and have played just about everyone of them out there. I tend to hop from one to another fairly rapidly. Right now I am in WoW and LotRO and seem pretty satisfied. We'll just have to wait and see how long it lasts. ^_^

It's a MMORPG developed in Korea and brought over here by NCSoft several years ago. It just released its largest expansion a month or so ago that added a new playable race to the game for the first time ever. Since it is a Korean game, it is very much a "grind" MMO, so be warned.

Ah yes, then this is definitely the wrong game for you. However, if you get a tablet for your PC, hook up a long cord to it, map the controls for the game to it, and then sit really far back, squint your eyes and turn your head at a 45 degree angle ... you could pretend it's on your DS perhaps?

I'd be willing to do it. I've had only nominal contact with Lineage 2, so if you're looking for a perspective from a new player I'd be a good choice.

I think whenever it's come up in a thread, it seems like literally less than one out of a hundred EvAv members are female.

Dont worry, I know the feeling. I do have a PC, but seeing as I got bored of WoW after one month I dont think this is the game for me!

Mind you, I guess a reviewer is supposed to offer an impartial opinion, so...

Nah, I'm sure someone who really really loves Lineage would offer a better, more informed opinion. Why dont you review it?
