PixelJunk Monsters Demo

According to PS3Fanboy (http://www.ps3fanboy.com/2008/01/22/want-to-try-out-pixeljunk-monsters-before-thursday-you-can/), there's a demo for PixelJunk Monsters on the Japanese PSN now. It's also in English, so there's no reason not to give it a shot. I'll have to try this out when I get home.

Nice. My only worries with PJM are that Q may not have learned from their mistakes with Racers, so Monsters might be a couple of great ideas overwhelmed by 'features', or it may be a great Tower Defense variant, so my productivity will go down even further.

I just gave it a try, but this is really not my cup of tea. To be honest, I can't even say if it's good or not, I just don't know what is to be expected from a game like this.

Well I picked it up for the 7.99 price. So far I've enjoyed the game although to admit I've not had much time with Tower Defense style games besides the WC3 mods. This one does keep you on your toes though as i'm running all around the map trying to perfect my setup for each map. So far only two other folks on my PSN friends list have the title but I have enjoyed it so far.

Now to try the multiplayer.

I actually liked the demo and may pick it up. I haven't bought a game since Everyday Shooter.

Maybe its the afgani talking, but this game is pretty cool. Never played tower defense but I kinda like this game. Might buy it.
