I didn't bother to take the time and search for another threat that already covers this topic because I'm lazy to the nth. I've got a list of classic arcade titles that I would hope make some publisher's list and make thier re-debut on XBLA. In general I just want to see people agree with the list and add to it thier own nostalgia.
So here's what I'd love to see re-released on Xbox Live Arcade and why:
NBA JAM - Probably the best 4-player sports arcade game ever. If this isn't a shoe-in for online competative/co-operative play then I don't know what is.
Capcom's Dungeons & Dragons Arcade - This is probably one of the finest 4-player co-op fighters ever made, with a save system that allowed you to keep a consistant charater and a well-balanced cast of protagonists. Cleric FTW.
Raiden - Classic top-down shooter. It's right up there with 1942 and Twin Eagle.
X-Men: Children of The Atom - In my opinion the best fighting game the X-Men have ever appeared in. I have the Sega Saturn port of this one sitting in storage.
Which brings me to... X-Men - The original 6-player arcade game. Choose from Wolverine, Cyclopse, Jubilee, Colosus, Iceman, and Nightcrawler. Good times.
And then there is Rush 2049 - If a direct-from-Dreamcast port was possible it would be teh best evar. 4-Player Stunt Bowl was the added bonus that was pure genius.
There are some honorable mentions... Sega's Super GT, Capcom's Aliens Vs. Predator. There are some I'm sure I'm forgetting.
